Ask Dr Lam | Dr Paul Lam | Tai Chi for Health Programs

Tai Chi for Health programs are modernized tai chi. Teams of medical and tai chi experts worked with Dr Paul Lam to create the programs based on authentic tai chi. We have incorporated up to date medical knowledge and modern teaching techniques to make the tai chi much easier, more safe and to gain many health benefits more effectively and sooner. Over 30 medical Tai Chi for Health programs are easy to learn, safe and bring about many health benefits quickly.

A study done at the University of North Carolina has shown that within 8 weeks of tai chi, participants felt better about themselves, had better balance, less pain and were able to do more in their daily activities such as walking and shopping. You can visit the Tai Chi for Health Institute website for a list of these studies.
